In light of the recent craze over the “Ramen Burger,” L & L is launching a “local” Saimin burger.  L & L’s “local” Saimin Burger’s noodle bun features Sun Noodles, the same noodles used by the restaurant chain for it’s Saimin noodle soup throughout its 180-restaurant chain for several years. L & L’s Saimin Burger also features its signature hamburger patty topped with it’s special teriyaki sauce.  ”With the recent craze and long lines here in Hawaii, we decided to make a local version that’s better so our customers won’t have to wait. They can just come to L & L to try it,” says Eddie Flores, President & CEO of L & L.  The burger is now available for purchase at the L & L Keeaumoku Wal-Mart location in limited quantities. Flores says the roll-out has also started throughout select Hawaii and mainland L & L locations.
