No Purchase Necessary. L & L Hawaii National SPAM® Musubi Day Offer (the “Offer”) redemption period begins on July 24, 2021 and ends on August 8, 2021 (the “Offer Period”). The Offer is available only via the L & L Hawaiian Barbecue Mobile App (the "App") and is valid only at participating locations and only during their operating hours. The App is required to claim the Offer. Persons can download the App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store by searching “L&L Hawaiian Barbecue”.

The Offer can be obtained through either of the following two methods:

  1. Persons who download the App and create an App profile prior to 7/24/21 will be eligible to receive a coupon. The coupon can be retrieved on the App in the "Specials for you" section on 7/24/21 and 7/25/21. Coupon is for one (1) free SPAM® musubi and becomes redeemable on 8/8/21 at participating L & L Hawaiian Barbecue locations through the App only. A person cannot redeem the coupon in any other way except through the App.
  2. Persons who download the App and create an App profile between 7/25/21 - 8/7/21 will be eligible to receive a coupon. The coupon can be retrieved on the App in the "Specials for you" section during the Offer Period. Coupon is for one (1) free SPAM® musubi and becomes redeemable on 8/8/21 at participating L & L Hawaiian Barbecue locations through the App only. A person cannot redeem the coupon in any other way except through the App.

The coupon will be redeemable for one (1) free SPAM® musubi at participating L & L Hawaiian Barbecue locations on 8/8/21 while supplies last. The coupon is not valid for redemption through third party delivery or other service providers and must be redeemed in-store. The Offer is extended while supplies last, up to 100,000 coupons.

No purchase necessary. The Offer is only good while supplies last. Not combinable with any other offer or discount and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not transferable. Void where prohibited by law.

Limit one (1) Offer request per person throughout the entire Offer Period. Offer recipients are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any.

General Conditions: Offer may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, or misdirected Offer requests; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Offer, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer, the processing of Offer requests, or in any Offer-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's mobile device or resulting from participating in this Offer or downloading materials from the internet. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by L & L Hawaii (L & L), will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in L & L sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of L & L, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, L & L reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Offer. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of L & L which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless L & L, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer or acceptance and use of any items provided in the packs.
